PERNIM is a home for children affected by AIDS/HIV who have been abandoned through parent illness or death. Founded in 2004, this non-profit organization provides shelter, food, schooling, and other necessities for the children. 4Life Malaysia booked a movie theater and treated 75 children from PERNIM to a movie, buffet lunch, and ice cream. It was the first time the children had ever seen a movie in the theater. Before the children left for the day, they were presented with a special goodie bag, containing snacks and toys. 4Life Malaysia Senior Manager, Business Development and Training A. Hamid Matt Mariano said, “Seeing the happy expressions on the faces of the children was so rewarding. It’s great to have the opportunity to make children happy.” PERNIM personnel members were touched by the gestures of caring and love that 4Life executives, employees, and distributors showed to the children. 4Life Malaysia executives and distributors have pledged ongoing support for PERNIM, including one bottle of 4Life Transfer Factor® Chewable for each child every month, ongoing fundraising efforts, and special future activities sponsored by 4Life.
