Nkosi’s Haven is a home in Johannesburg, South Africa founded by Gail Johnson and her adopted son, Nkosi, for mothers and children affected by HIV. In 2001, Foundation 4Life began supporting Nkosi’s Haven. With help from distributors, Foundation 4Life has made significant donations to help build Nkosi’s Haven 4Life® Farm and offer self-improvement classes to the mothers.
Through the generous support of 4Life distributors, we expanded our partnership with Nkosi’s Haven to be a major donor on the construction and classroom development of a Foundation 4Life Legacy Center. The Nkosi Johnson School will support early childhood education initiatives and provide classrooms for primary school-aged children. Construction is projected to be completed by the spring of 2017.
The Nkosi Johnson School is the first location in the Foundation 4Life Legacy Center program. Center programs will provide high-risk children with opportunities to become self-reliant members of their community and build a legacy of service.
