To setup your monthly donation online: log in to your 4Life Office. Follow the links to eTools, Account Management, Other Settings, Foundation 4Life Settings. Once in this section, you can select the dollar amount you'd like to donate, then click Update to finalize the process.

To set up your Foundation 4Life AutoShip online: log in to your 4Life Office. Follow the links to eTools, Account Management, AutoShip Settings. To select the AutoShip pack you'd like to have sent each month, locate Foundation 4Life in the left hand column of product categories. Then click on the pack you'd like to receive followed by Continue to complete the check out process. Each month your package ships, you will make a very useful $5 donation to Foundation 4Life.
