December 2010 - This event marks Foundation 4Life’s 3rd sponsorship of the Shop with a Cop event. The program allows less fortunate children ages 4-8 who live in high crime areas of the Salt Lake valley to interact and spend individual time with law enforcement officers in a loving environment. This holiday season, Foundation 4Life sponsored 10 children. Our sponsorship provided a warm coat, a holiday gift, and 3 complete outfits for each child including a new pair of shoes. Each child receives the undivided attention of a police officer to help them shop for these items. The joy and excitement from both the officers and the children is overwhelming.
